Born and raised in Israel, Afrah migrated to the USA as a teenager. She witnessed and experienced various traumas that shaped and informed not only her personal character, but also her career. Afrah is driven by the desire to prevent trauma history from impeding people’s growth and potential. As a mother, teacher, and healer, she is dedicated to spreading a unique message of posttraumatic love, hope, healing, and freedom to every survivor.
